HOCUS POCUS RULES |
|
| |
• No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the Playhouse |
|
| |
• Party times must be adhered to – no exceptions. Room is allocated for 1 hour only, 30 minutes after your party time slot. |
|
| |
• A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. |
|
| |
• Confirmation of numbers must be made 3 days prior to party. Minimum of 8 children including the birthday child. |
|
| |
• No show children will be charged $10.00. All children attending the party will be charged the full party price. Siblings/Children not attending the Party, but coming into the playhouse will be charged casual rate. |
|
| |
• All children must wear socks. NO SOCKS, NO PLAY otherwise socks will have to be purchased at a cost of $3.50 a pair at reception upon arrival. |
|
| |
• Party adults must provide supervision and are responsible at all times for their children's behaviour. |
|
| |
• Lolly bags must be left at reception and will be given as children are leaving. If your children take lollies into play equipment you may incur a $20 cleaning charge |
|
| |
• All accounts must be paid in full on arrival at the Playhouse by Cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard. No personal cheques accepted. |
|
| |
• We cannot reserve tables in the café area unless platters have been ordered. |
|
| |
• Booking a party constitutes acceptance of our rules |

PLAY EQUIPMENT
We have 1,000 sqm full of the highest quality play equipment available made right here in Australia. Come and play on our enormous multi-level play structure, giant inflatable obstacle course or triple turbo slide. We also have ball pools, tunnels, cargo nets and much more.
We have a fenced off toddler area for the under4's where younger children can interact with others of a similar age. Our equipment is specially designed to stimulate your childs body and mind in a fun and secure environment.
Hocus Pocus now has a fantastic authentic 3D Climbing Wall specially designed for the more adventurous children. |
